Philip M. Renicks, Ed.D. (Chairman of OSWW Board)
Phil serves as an educational consultant for African Leadership and Graybeal and Associates, LLC. Formerly, Phil served as a vice President of the Association of Christian Schools International; and as High School Principal/Assistant Director at Alliance Academy International, Quito, Ecuador. He received his education from University of Alabama, Xavier University and Nyack College. Phil is co-founder of the OSWW program.
Dr. Margaret (Peggy) Grigorenko
Peggy serves as Assistant Professor of Education, specializing in the areas of literacy/reading
and Special Education. She received her B.S. degree from Bowling Green State University,
her M.Ed. from Cedarville University and her Ph.D. from Ohio State University. She has
worked at Cedarville University since 2006.
Tim Shuman
Tim serves as International Services Director, part of the ACSI Global leadership team at
ACSI Headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Tim served at Black Forest Academy
in Germany for 24 years. During those years, he served in a variety of roles, among them
teacher, boarding supervisor, principal, and director (head).
Bobby Maynard
Bobby serves as COO of African Leadership, Inc. African Leadership is a Christian
education and development organization that trains pastors and church leaders in Africa and
funds relief and development projects in their communities. African Leadership currently
is training approximately 9,500 students in 22 African countries and is supporting over 50
projects in nine countries.
Roberta Hill
Roberta serves as an education consultant specializing in third culture kids. She is the
founder and past director of the Bratislava Educational Learning Centre. Additionally,
she has extensive experience as a home school specialist. Roberta received her degree in
educational studies from Houghton College in upstate New York.
McDaniel E. Phillips
McDaniel serves as a media professional with TWR International. During the past 27
years with TWR, he has held various leadership roles, including program director in the
Netherlands Antilles, broadcast director of ALAS satellite network in Quito, Ecuador,
director of NGN (a global youth leadership project) in the US, and SE Asia Ministry
Director in Singapore. McDaniel has a degree in mass communications from Humber College in Toronto
